A new release from the estate, this is all about layers of citrus, pineapple and minerals. A wonderfully long and complex wine that develops in the glass. Only c.3000 btls made each year.

Vines:
Old vines with South West exposure, beneath the Vergisson mountain. Argi-calcaire soils, with regular passings in the rows. 

Vinification:
Hand harvested at optimal phenolic ripeness, 60% in fûts de chene for 7 months, fermentation taking 1 to 2 months, light filtration at bottling. 

Case Size:
6x75cl.

Suggestion:
Capable of ageing 2 to 5 years, this is a rich and powerful wine of real grace. Fantastic with meaty fish dishes.
