Showing a bright pale gold colour, subtle aromas of pear, quince, almond, citrus, apple and white pepper, floral too. Richer on the palate, fluid mineral waves washing the apple, pear, nut flavours over all corners of the palate. Sensational.

France

Vines:
a Lieu-dit site of 37 acres in Jasnieres. 25-30 yr old vines, thin clay and silex limestone soils. 25 hl/ha.
