Showcasing not only the purity and finesse of fruit that can be found in Santa Maria Valley, but also alluring baking spice and black tea notes. Baking spice, black tea, rose petal, and red fruit dominate the nose. Soft delicate red fruit and spice fill out the palate, which is held together by a firm structure.

Suggestion:
Such an elegant and perfumed Pinot, serve slightly chilled and decant prior to serving. Serve in Burgundy glasses. Will continue to age gracefully for 5-10 years.
