Jeff Carrel is a man on a mission, to venture into forgotten pastures, high up in the hills of the South of France, and uncover some of the most precious vineyards that have been sorely overlooked by commercial farming.

Always looking to capture purity of flavour, indigenous varietals convey the unique climates they come from. Purity, Authenticity, & Sustainability being Jeff’s rule of thumb, that guides everything he does. Wines that are incredibly accessible, delicious, vibrant, yet unique.

Lots of seductive notes of chocolate, caramel and spice, leather and tobacco. Smooth, rounded and supple. Rich and fruit forward, ideal for bbq, stews or by the glass as a daily wine to rely on. This is a big wine but as with all Jeff’s reds, where it has ‘character’ it has balance, hence why this wine is so immensely drinkable, time and time again.
