David is one of the regions most hidden gems. Producing miniscule amounts per harvest, only four wines in total. A micro artisan of true craft, in every sense, his focus and attention to detail, is our gain.

Having inherited the estate from its previous owner, he is constantly refining his art. Picking at optimum ripeness even in the most challenging of vintages, to ensure the fruit is borderline perfect. Then using minimal intervention in the winery to ensure the flavours made in the vineyard, are not lost, but shine in every single bottle

A new release from the estate, this is all about layers of citrus, pineapple and minerals. A wonderfully long and complex wine that develops in the glass. Only c.3000 btls made each year.
