A wine for the table. Rich and powerful structure, showing plenty of herbs, minerals, tobacco notes, leather, char and chocolate. Beautifully crafted, soft and rounded, silky tannin. Carignan, Grenache and Syrah, blended seamlessly together, making for a wine with so much body and character but with elegant framework and structure. With a touch of that garrigue herbs and spice, it has an almost ethereal nature and incredible subtle elegance. Great with richer meaty dishes or with poultry. Proving that truly GREAT wines, can come from the South of France.
