A rich and hedonistic Saint-Véran, wonderful richness from such ripe grapes, creamy body, freshness and layers of fruit, without sacrificing the base minerality and citrus freshness. Pure, mineral driven Chardonnay at its best. David is a micro-producer, with access to the best vineyards in and around Pouilly Fuissè, Burgundy. He is meticulous, producing just four wines per year, striving to make the best possible quality with every harvest. His wines find their way to the top restaurants, often listed by the glass.
