This has to be one of the most striking, awe inspiring wines i’ve come across after 15 years in wine, globally. A pure, unadulterated Carignan. Luscious black, purple fruit hits the palate in the most gorgeous silken package. Garrigue herbs and spices titilate the senses. Leave the bottle open an hour and it all changes, as new flavours emerge. You think wines from the South of France are one dimensional? Well, this wine will change everything we thought we knew about the region, and in such a fantastic and delicious way. Impossible to forget. This will make your Christmas shine.
