South Africa boasts one of the largest indigenous floral kingdoms, in the world. Having escaped the Ice Age, pre dating most species, in existence. One man, a native South African, has managed to encapsulate this heritage and sheer bounty, in liquid form. The results, are truly spectacular.

Made by hand, in small batches, using ingredients such as natural quinine from Cinchona Bark, Lemongrass, Ginger, Citrus. Indigenous flora consisting of species such as Buchu, Rose Pelargonium & Kapokbos. All fresh, foraged by hand in South Africa’s wild landscape. Completely natural, low in sugar, without any preservatives and distilled in such a ways that preserves the oils, phenols, medicinal properties and individual flavours.

Mix with or without Gin. 1 part Tonic Essence to 3 Parts Soda or Sparkling Water, over ice, with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of Lavender. Non Alcoholic Drinks, just go a WHOLE lot tastier!
