Audry is family owned and run. Miniscule in size, just 10,000 bottles produced per year. Finesse, mastercraftsmanship, regarded as one of the elite Houses in Cognac.

A well known name by Michelin Star Chefs in France and the US (Guy Savoy, Passard, Ducasse) this little know secret produces some of the finest, most extraordinary Cognac in existence. The XO is 30-40yr old Eaux de Vie. Flavours of caramel, butter, pineapple, nut, spice and with a dash of water, the flavours erupt out of the glass and hit your senses in abundance.
